About

Meet Skiris, the creator and developer of Yuna, and find answers to common questions about Yuna.

Hey, I’m Skiris.

Hey, I’m Skiris, the creator and developer behind Yuna. I started building it because I wanted one Discord bot that could handle the serious parts of running a community without making everything feel complicated. Yuna has grown a lot since then, but I’m still the person building it, shipping updates, fixing bugs, and reading the feedback people send.

What is Yuna built for?

Yuna is built to help run a Discord community from one place: moderation and protection, tickets and appeals, automations, logs, roles, voice rooms, activity tools, and the everyday systems around them. You can use only the parts your server needs.

Is Yuna free to use?

Yes. Yuna is currently free to use, including the web dashboard.

Do I have to set up every system?

No. Start with what your community needs today. Each major system has its own settings, so you can add more later without rebuilding the rest of your server.

Do I need to learn commands to use Yuna?

No. Most server setup and management can be handled from the web dashboard with guided controls. Discord commands are still there when you want a faster in-server workflow.

Why does Yuna ask for Administrator?

Yuna’s invite requests Administrator so its systems can work consistently across channels without making you maintain a long permission checklist. You can change the bot role permissions later, but a feature can stop working if Yuna no longer has the Discord permission it needs.

Who can change my server settings?

The Discord server owner controls full configuration. People the owner grants Yuna owner access can edit server settings, while Staff Access can expose only the operational areas and permissions a staff role was given. Server-wide destructive controls stay more restricted.

What data does Yuna store?

Yuna processes the Discord and configuration data needed by the features you enable, such as server, channel, role, moderation, ticket, appeal, activity, and dashboard data. Retention depends on the system and your server settings. Yuna does not sell personal information.

Can I use Yuna alongside other bots?

Yes. Yuna does not require you to replace every other bot in your server. Just avoid configuring two bots to moderate, log, or respond to the exact same event unless you actually want both of them to act.

Is Yuna open source?

No. Yuna’s bot and dashboard source code are private. Public commands and documentation are available on this website.

Where can I get help, report a bug, or suggest something?

Join Yuna Support. You can ask for help, report something that is not working, share an idea, or just come say hi.
