How can a member appeal a decision?

Which appeal setup should I use?

Moderation appeals are linked to Yuna cases and sanctions. Website appeals work independently, so a server can accept a request even when the original action came from another bot or a human moderator. Both use the same review queue, follow-up flow, evidence handling, and final decisions.

What can members appeal?

Choose the decisions your team is prepared to review. A website appeal can cover bans, temporary bans, timeouts, kicks, warnings, jail, or a server-defined other decision. One member can have only one active website appeal per server.

How do I keep the form useful?

Members always explain what happened, why staff should reconsider it, and what would change. Add up to eight server-specific questions only when the answers will affect a decision. Links and up to five files can be included as supporting material.

Who can review an appeal?

Choose reviewer roles, reuse Yuna's staff list, or allow the supported Discord moderation permissions. Claiming is on by default: one reviewer claims the appeal before the decision controls appear, preventing two people from deciding at once.

What happens when staff decide?

Staff can accept, deny, request more information, or make a denial final. A verified active ban can be removed automatically or left for the reviewer to decide. A permanent rejoin invite can be sent after acceptance.
