How do I create and compare a server snapshot?

Recover one server or carry a trusted setup into another.

What does a recovery point save?

Choose Server structure for server settings, manageable roles, visible channels, permissions, and Discord AutoMod. You can also save this server's ban list, including user IDs and reasons. Choose Yuna settings for configured systems and rules. Cases, tickets, messages, member activity, and other history stay in the live database instead of being copied into every backup.

How do automatic backups work?

Choose a daily, weekly, or monthly time in your timezone, then decide whether to save server structure, Yuna settings, the ban list, or a combination. Yuna keeps only the number of recovery points you choose, from 1 to 10, so old copies do not grow forever.

How can I check what changed?

Compare any recovery point with the server now. Yuna shows changes to supported settings, roles, channels, AutoMod, and the selected Yuna areas without changing the server.

What happens during a restore?

Review the restore plan before confirming. Yuna updates matching resources and recreates missing ones, but never deletes resources added after the backup. Every failed or skipped item remains visible when the restore finishes.

How do I reuse a setup in another server?

Save a Server Template, then open Backups in another server you own. Templates belong to your account, not the source server, and you can keep up to three. Server structure is saved by default. Yuna settings are optional and require the saved roles and channels so their references can be reconnected safely. Ban lists are never copied into templates. Only the destination server's Discord owner can import one.

Should I use Safe import or Replace selected?

Safe import adds missing resources and keeps the rest of the destination. Replace selected removes the manageable resources you selected before rebuilding them. You can choose to save a recovery point first. Yuna settings in selected areas are replaced, but cases, appeals, tickets, analytics, and other history stay untouched. Published Ticket, Self Role, and ModMail panels return as drafts. Imported scheduled messages stay paused until you review them, and existing delivery history remains intact.
