Track nothing, only moderation performed through Yuna, or both Yuna and supported Discord moderation actions. Choose a case log channel or let cases follow the main Logs destination.

How do I find the full story?

Search by case number, member, moderator, action, or reason. A case keeps the decision, current state, timing, evidence, case note, edit history, expiry, reversal, and linked appeal together.

How do I manage staff notes?

Use /note add, list, edit, delete, pin, or unpin with a member or case. Slash commands use private replies and modals. Prefix commands accept normal arguments, such as .note add @member Helpful context or .note edit case 123 Updated context, and reply in the current channel. Use prefix notes in staff channels. When several notes match, choose one from the dropdown; no note IDs are needed.

What should I know about offer useful reasons?

Open Cases > Reasons in the dashboard to add, edit, remove, or restore reason suggestions. Keep up to 25 unique reasons of 100 characters each, or remove all suggestions. Moderation commands, including relevant voice actions and reversals, offer these choices. Staff can still write any reason; leaving it blank keeps the usual command behavior.

How do I correct a record without hiding it?

Edit the reason or duration while preserving the case identity and edit history. Manage notes separately through /note so editing a case never overwrites a note. Removing a case is a separate destructive action with confirmation.
