How do I keep a known account out?

Keep known abusive accounts out of the server and leave enough context for another owner to understand why.

How do I blacklist with a reason?

Add a member or user ID with a clear internal reason. If the account returns later, Yuna can enforce the saved decision without relying on one moderator remembering it.

How do I review or remove an account?

Open Member Blacklist in the dashboard or use /blacklist list. Removing an entry clears the saved block and unbans the account when an active ban exists.

Who can manage the blacklist?

Owners can delegate separate View server blacklist and Manage server blacklist permissions from Staff Access. Staff only receive the actions their bound role was given.

How do I use it for long-term exclusion?

A blacklist is stronger than a normal ban workflow because it is designed to survive a later join attempt. Use ordinary bans and cases when the account does not need that persistent treatment.
