How can members report a problem?
Give members a private way to raise a concern and give staff one calm queue for deciding what happens next.
How do I turn reports on?
Choose one private staff channel, then enable Reports. New reports and completed decisions stay together in that channel.
How can a member report something?
Use Report Message or Report User from Discord’s context menu, or use /report. The form asks for the closest reason, a clear explanation, and optional files. It does not make members manage a report history.
What happens if the message is deleted?
Yuna captures the reported text and attachments when the report is submitted. Staff keep that saved context and the original message link instead of depending on a later Discord fetch.
How does staff review work?
A report starts open and, by default, one moderator claims it before the Resolve action appears. Owners can turn claiming off for smaller teams. Staff can keep an optional note with the decision.
Where is report work counted?
Completed reports contribute to staff statistics using the moderator who closed them and the time from submission to closure.
