How does Scheduled Messages work?
Plan a message once or keep it arriving on the days your community expects it.
What can I schedule?
Open Scheduled Messages in the dashboard, choose a channel, and build the post in Message Studio. You can use plain text, an embed, or a container with media, files, and link buttons.
How do I choose when it sends?
Send once, repeat every 15 minutes to 30 days, or choose weekdays and a local time. Yuna uses the selected time zone, keeps weekly wall-clock times steady through daylight-saving changes, and shows the next three sends before you save.
What happens after downtime?
Yuna sends one missed occurrence when it is no more than 15 minutes late. Older missed times are skipped, so a restart never floods the channel with a backlog. Repeating schedules continue from their intended timeline instead of drifting after a slow send.
Can a schedule notify members?
Mentions start off. Advanced notification controls can notify selected roles, @here, or @everyone after an explicit confirmation. Yuna validates its permissions and limits every message to the mentions you selected.
How do I manage a schedule later?
Pause or resume it without rebuilding the message, edit future sends, duplicate it as a paused draft, or remove it with confirmation. The History tab keeps 30 days of sent, skipped, uncertain, and failed deliveries with links to messages that were sent.
