How does Server Activity work?

Understand when members participate, which channels they return to, and whether newcomers become active.

What does Server Activity record?

Yuna counts messages, replies, thread messages, eligible voice time, joins, and leaves after the system is enabled. It stores totals and timestamps, not message content.

How do I find the useful pattern?

Use Overview for the short answer, Channels to see where participation happens, Members to inspect one person, and Growth to see whether new members become active. Change the period without changing saved settings.

When does voice time count?

A voice session must reach the minimum length you set. Moving channels, disconnecting, or entering the AFK channel updates the active segment without inventing extra time. Muted and deafened time can still appear in Activity because the member remains in voice, but it never earns Leveling XP.

Can staff receive a weekly summary?

Choose a text channel, weekday, hour, and time zone. Yuna sends one compact weekly recap with participation, growth, and leading channels. You can also download the current dashboard view as CSV.

Who can see member activity?

Members can keep their own activity visible to the server or make it private with `/activity visibility`. Authorized staff can still review private activity when their work requires it. Member history remains a separate Staff Access permission.
