How do warnings escalate automatically?
Turn repeated warnings into a predictable escalation path without letting old history punish someone forever.
How do I build the escalation ladder?
Choose warning thresholds and the action attached to each one. Keep early steps corrective and reserve stronger sanctions for patterns that continue.
How does warning progress differ from warning history?
Case history remains available for review, while the active warning count drives the next automatic sanction. Removing one warning removes only that record unless staff deliberately clears more.
What happens after the final automatic sanction?
After the highest configured automatic punishment succeeds, Yuna resets the active warning count and the member's threshold progress. The case history still shows what led there, but the next warning begins a new escalation cycle.
How do I review the result as a case?
The warning and any automatic sanction are linked to the case system so staff can see which threshold fired, what action succeeded, and whether a later appeal or reversal changed the outcome.
